MICAU Flan and Chocolate Mousse (Brigadeiro).
Chocolate Mousse (Brigadeiro) is a common Brazilian delicacy, created in 1940. The brigadeiro is made from condensed milk, cocoa powder, butter and chocolate sprinkles to cover the outside layer. It can be served cold, chilled, warm/hot when consumed with a spoon.
